The tenant shall mean the person in whose name the booking
is made and shall include the person or persons on whose behalf the same is
made. 1.
The
Tenant agrees to cover the cost of:
Any
damage incurred by the tenant to the property or its contents or by a
member of his/her party or any visitor during his/her stay.
The
reasonable cost of cleaning the property and/or its contents if the
tenant leaves the property in an unsatisfactory condition on departure.
Payment
of any outstanding amounts which are due or become payable under their
booking.
The
failure to return/loss of all keys to the property by the tenant on the
check out date (the loss of such keys will incur a penalty of £25 and
damage to any key a penalty of £10) 2.
Bookings made more than eight weeks in advance require a 25% non-refundable
deposit. The balance is then due eight weeks before your holiday
commences. 3. Once
you have booked The Breeze, an agreement will be sent together with the deposit
invoice. This agreement is sent to you for signature and should be
returned to us along with a deposit equal to 25% of the total amount due. 4.
Bookings made eight weeks or less before arrival require the full
payment. The above condition regarding the Agreement still applies.
Bookings made within one week (seven working days) prior to your holiday must
be paid in FULL in CASH. 5. If the
booking is cancelled within eight weeks of the commencement date, then the full
rent due will be retained. We strongly recommend you take out appropriate
holiday cancellation insurance to cover this eventuality. 6.
Bookings will be taken from Friday to Friday. The keys must be collected
from The Breeze between the hours of 3.00pm and 4.30pm on the day of arrival.
Keys will be collected by us at The Breeze by 10.30am on the day of departure. 7. On your
departure the property MUST be left in a clean and tidy condition, as you would
wish to find it yourself. Thank you.
8. Wi-fi is provided free but is subject to a fair use policy. Its use is limited to 2.5GB of downloads per week and any GB's in excess of this will be charged @ £2.50 per GB.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Every effort has been made to describe The Breeze as
accurately as possible on our website (www.westwitteringrental.com), however we
recommend that you view the house prior to booking to avoid the possibility of
disappointment and will not be held responsible if, upon your arrival, the
property does not meet with your expectations.
Cutlery and crockery is supplied. Electricity is
now included in the rental. Linen is not provided but can be hired,
please contact us for details if required.
